This instrument is awesome! This is a great bassoon for any serious player. It has all the bells and whistles and is the first wooden bassoon for many now professionals. This is a long bore instrument with less resistance and easier intonation in the lower register especially. I grew up playing a Fox 220 and in many ways it was the best bassoon I ever had! These instruments are so great and such a great value. They can take you so far!
